On statues

Thought of the day:
The people who destroy statues are those so immersed in the stories of humanity, that they have lost touch with reality. Blind to the evil those very stories can create. Blinded to the fact that they themselves are exactly the kind of people who would end up following the stories weaved by those depicted in the statues they topple.
